About UsWe are Cathy Merkley and Trudy McCall. We have been in the alpaca business since 1996. We live north and east of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, Canada. We currently own and co-own over 50 huacaya alpacas and 7 suri alpacas.
Trudy was raised on the farm and is an Animal Health Technician. Trudy and her husband, Cory have 4 kids, and a son-in-law. Trudy works as a massage therapist in addition to her work with TnC Farms' alpacas. Cathy lives next door to Trudy and Cory and in the loft of the alpaca barn and therefore has the best neighbours in the world! See our Products and Services Page to see how we can help you achieve your goals in the Alpaca Industry. |
Who We Are |
We are dedicated to the improvement of of the breed and the advancement of the industry. It is all about making a better baby and getting high quality products to the marketplace to build demand for the fabulous fibre that our alpacas produce.

Our History |
When we started in the alpaca business in 1996, very little was known in Canada about raising alpacas and even less about alpaca fibre. All these years later, we are considered old timers in the business (although neither of us has aged a day) and are grateful for everything the alpacas and their people have taught us and proud of the knowledge that we have to pass along to people coming into the business.
